Within its NissanConnect infotainment console is a series of safety protocols - applications that regulate speed (utilizing adaptive cruise control to maintain highway limits), curfews (alerting young drivers to approaching pre-set time restrictions and sending text messages to their parents’ phones), and boundaries (with integrated mapping systems tracking every movement). These programs work in seamless tandem to provide greater peace of mind on the road.

They’re also ably assisted by a fully automated suite. Collision notifications are sent immediately to designated smartphones, alerting family members to the possibility of an accident; Emergency SOS programing allows teens to communicate with local medical or police personnel, ensuring that they’re never alone; and roadside assistance functions provide access to Nissan’s own in-house team. Through the Connect console, drivers of every age can experience true support.
