Great experience with Peter Sun at Key West Ford

Peter was very helpful in assisting me to purchase a 2011 Shelby Mustang. I was buying it from out of town and Peter did his utmost to provide all information and photos I requested in addition to assisting with inspections and shipping the vehicle. I would recommend Peter as a sales person to anyone looking for an automobile. Thanks Peter.

We found this dealership to have the best prices and highest quality of vehicles in our searches for a new truck and used car. The sales people are friendly and helpful but never pushy. It is nice to know we can always go there to have a positive experience and find a vehicle suited to our needs.

Across the border waits a beast - a snarling diesel-toothed monster, with its back lined in chrome and its tires stomping against the ground. This V8 prowls the streets of Mexico, its six-speed manual transmission delivering a throaty growl with every mile. It’s ferocious; it’s powerful; it’s… refusing to come to Seattle.

Recently Nissan revealed the 2018 Frontier NP300. This twin-turbo platform has already revved to the top of the charts in Mexico, decimating the competition with its low-range 4x4 drivetrain. Seattle critics, however, can’t afford to go down south to see it - and they’re now clamoring for a U.S. release.

Will it happen?

According to TFL Truck, Nissan is considering bringing the NP300 to the United States. High consumer interest has proven the viability of a diesel Frontier, and the platform could serve as a direct competitor for the Ford F-150 and the Toyota Tacoma. Should it cross the border, critics anticipate that it would boast a 2.5L turbocharged engine, yielding 161 HP and 297 lb.-ft of torque. A six-speed manual transmission would provide superior handling, allowing drivers to control every gear; while an estimated 5,000-pound payload capacity would promise mid-size adaptability, accommodating day-to-day hauls with ease.

No official confirmation about the Frontier NP300’s arrival has been given - but we have our fingers crossed that this diesel beast will make its way to Seattle.
